Plan scope management is the first process of the Scope Management Knowledge Area. In this process, you need to prepare a plan which will help you managing scope and requirements. The output of this process are scope management plan & requirement management plan. Scope management plan describes how, who, when, tool, metrics of scope planning, and scope control. Requirement management plan describes how, who, when, tool, metrics of requirement management, and tracking requirements throughout project life-cycle.
